Captured - The Day to Day
I am so glad you are here! I am a wedding, portrait and fashion photographer located in Texas but am available for travel worldwide.
Over the past few months, I have been delving deeper into myself, looking at my images and the motivation behind them. When I think about what I hope my images portray, three words came to mind - beauty, adventure, romance.
Life is full of beauty. From a bride on her wedding day to a newborn baby...there is beauty everywhere we look.
We all desire to take part in a great adventure in life. Each of us has a special journey to make as we travel from day to day.
From the first time we meet the one we love through a 50th anniversary and beyond, the romance that exists between a couple is as unique as a fingerprint.
Join me as I capture these emotions, these moments in the lives of others and myself. Enjoy!
Mentoring Session
I recently had a one-on-one mentoring session with Dru. We spent the morning talking about camera skills and lighting. Then, the wonderful Betsy joined us for a short session. She was such a trooper dealing with the heat and bugs in the field we chose to shoot in. We ended the day talking Photoshop and business thoughts. Here are a few from our fun-filled day:

Noah | 1 year old
I can't believe that Noah is 1! I started the photographing the journey of Noah's life with his parents, Shanda and Nathan, before Noah was born. For his 1 year old pictures, we staged a vintage birthday party in the park. (He had a vintage birthday party a little over a week ago...pictures from that coming soon.) Here are a few from his pre-birthday party party.

Let Go Workshop
This past weekend, I hosted my Let Go workshop at The Corinthian Bed & Breakfast. It was a fantastic weekend! Peter and Dan were amazing hosts and cooks! I HIGHLY recommend you stay there if you can.
Friday we started with a homemade ice cream social. Saturday morning, we had gourmet breakfast followed by discussion until lunch. After lunch, we had a shoot in downtown Dallas. Then, we had a fake wedding with the fabulous Doug and Stephanie. After dinner, we talked about shooting at night and painting with light. Sunday we had business and photoshop discussions followed by another model shoot. I got home and has almost lost my voice, but it was very worth it. I had an amazing weekend and got to know so many amazing people. Thank you all for coming! Here are a few teasers from our time...
